Can’t upload themes

  • I have tied to upload WP additional themes to my site through filezilla but everytime i click to quickconnect using filezilla i get a message saying “cannot connect”.

    I believe that I have inserted my correct info to connect in the filezilla boxes, i.e. address, username, and password but it still won’t let me connect.

    Can you help with any suggestions?

  • You need to read more on how to connect to your site via FTP. For example, your URL probably starts with https://ftp.—-

    check the documents from your hosting provider. Nobody on here really can help you without you give us too much information which could be abused.
