Can’t upload vover/avatar photo

Hi, i can’t upload cover and avatar photo on profile page, window position is wrong, at the bottom and i don’t see all of this. Second, when i get this windows with position absolute on top, i don’t have choose file button, and cancel button not working… it’s something wrong.

Another problem is i don’t see anything on account page, only my header, there is no content.
