Can’t upload zip and audio file

  • I’m using Google Cloud vps. Now, I can’t upload any .zip and audio file to Media. It didn’t show any error but I’m waiting for upload completed but nerver. It keeps uploading but never completes. Please help me. Thanks

    Can you upload other media such as images and videos?

    2. I can upload images, videos and doccuments (.docx & .pdf)

    Try disabled all WP plug-ins on your site and test again.

    If it still doesn’t work, try a different web browser such as Edge or Chrome; test it in private browsing mode and with all browser extensions disabled.
