Can't upload/add images to WordPress post

  • Hi,

    I’ve been having this issue since yesterday and it’s really frustrating. I was able to add a featured image to my post. When I try to upload more images, I get an “HTTP error”. So, I closed the site and logged back in, and the images I tried to upload were actually there. Then, when I try to add them to my post, nothing happens. I searched and came across topics with similar issues in other versions of WP, but not the one I’m running.

    I called my hosting company, and they said it’s not a space issue. So, I have no idea what’s going on. I optimized one image and was able to add that to the post, but now I’m back to having the same issues. I am working with someone to have my site redesigned, and he’s insisting it’s the image size. However, I don’t think that’s the issue. I really need to figure this out because my site is a fashion blog, and it’s fashion week, and I really can’t afford to have my site down.
