    Hello @funjustin

It will be helpful if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button.

Please provide those log entries on our PrivateBin. After uploading, paste here the link, so we can review them in detail.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Hello @funjustin

Thank you for your message! Could you please also share the link to the report you’ve pasted? Unfortunately, we don’t have internal access to PrivateBin, so we’ll need the direct link to review it.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian

    Hello @funjustin

Thank you for sharing the link!

From what I can see, the validation file is not present on your host: https://artisboom.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association. Ideally, when this address is accessed, it should display a number of strings, which indicates that the domain is properly assigned to the website.

Please follow our tutorial carefully, available here. It provides step-by-step instructions. Let us know if the problem persists after adding and registering your domain in PayPal.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian

    Hello @funjustin

Did you upload the Apple Pay domain verification file manually? If the file is auto-downloading, this usually indicates that it was uploaded manually. After registering the domain, the file should automatically appear on the host.

I would recommend starting the process again. Delete the current domain registration, add it again, save the changes, and then check if the URL displays the correct number sequence, like this: https://artisboom.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association

Please let us know how it goes.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian

    Hello @funjustin

There’s no need to manually upload a file—simply register the domain address in your PayPal dashboard, and the file will be placed automatically. Regarding the verification file, please check the documentation for Apply Pay, it should clarify any confussion.

[UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] PayPal rejected the payment. Please reach out to the PayPal support for more information.?https://developer.paypal.com/api/rest/reference/orders/v2/errors/#PAYMENT_DENIED

As for the payment issue, the error indicates that PayPal has rejected the payment, which may be due to a card or bank restriction. For more assistance, please reach out to PayPal Merchant Support, as this issue is unrelated to the plugin itself.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
