Can’t use gift cards

  • Client bought a gift card but the gift card code isn’t working- tried with incognito, none of the codes work. No error message is showing.

    What could be the problem?

    Have you verified that the gift card was created correctly from the plugin panel? Could you tell us if you have entered the code in the WooCommerce coupon field or in our field?

    Can you check if any errors appear in the browser console when entering the gift card?
