Can’t use it, its locking me out

Hi, I installed this plugin and changed default login-url. Its giving me 404 error and doesn’t allow me to login/access dashboard. But when I keep the default login it doesn’t show the 404 page. Thanks to my host’s control panel I was able to access dashboard again. It locked me out in my first use of the plugin. How can i use this plugin ?
