Cant use it with rtmedia

I am using rtmedia ( Buddypress Media ) https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/buddypress-media/ so my users can upload images, video and music. I have just bought CM Download Manager Pro, and the Download button do not work, when rtmedia is installed. It will not download. Will you take a look at it. I really need rtmedia, but I also need your plugin. Maybe something in the code can be edited? You can see it here on my site: https://meework.com.
