Cant use Multisite

    when i installed wordpress through softaculous from my webhost i installed it with the multisite function..plus when i follow instructions on enabling multisite…everything is on the wp-config file and in the .htaccess file….but when i got to site->tools theres no create a network of wordpress sites…what am i doing wrong?…thank you

    Ask your webhost.

    I hate passing the buck, but I don’t know what the softaculous install does with the ‘multisite function.’

    The other option is to delete the site and start over MANUALLY.

    talked to my webhost…yeah we had to delete it and install a new wordpress….softaculous should do something about that….thank you guys
