    Hello

I can’t use the backend anymore because of the redirect. I already tried to deactivate the Plugin by rename the plugin-folder on the ftp client. But the redirection still works.

Is there an other way to deactivate the redirection without login in the backend? (WordPress 6.1 – Multisite installation)

Thanks for your support in advance.

    Hello @isabodywear ,

Our plugin has a built-in system that prevents users from making the wp-admin area unreachable, so even if you did create a redirection rule that technically should have prevented you from accessing the admin area, that should not be the case.

Secondly, even if the mentioned plugin’s security measure failed, then your act of deleting the plugin’s folder on your website would disable any redirections set by it.

I think that this issue is caused by some other plugin, perhaps some type that deals with wp login page, or some other security plugin.

Apart from tracking down the other possible source, I would also advise that you clear your website cache.

    Kind regards
