Can’t use the plugin on several sites (empty info on tabs)

    Actually I am ancountering same problem as @javier-marcill
    Because that topic is closed (and not solved?), I used same topic title.

    On all sites where I use the database cleaner (either free or paid version) the plugin is working fine.

    But not on the website which is in standard Spanish.

    The tabs “Post Types”, “Tables”, “Options” are empty!

    Cool, but the developer cannot support you here. They are no allowed to.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
