Can't users submit events?

Greetings,

I’m using this calendar and events organizer for a way people in the community can submit events and lectures related to children with disabilities in the Houston area. I just settled down to learn about how to set up the submit an event form.

I’m worried by what I read. Can’t parents and teachers submit events through a form (including the venue)? I thought this was a feature of Events Organiser, which was why I selected it. I’m worried I’m going to have to start over with another plugin. If others can’t submit listings, including the venue, that is going to be very problematic for my site. Please let me know ASAP if I am misunderstanding what I read on your website about front-end submission.
