Cant Validate Sendle ID and Key

  • Hi – im the web dev for chaya.co

    I’ve reconnected in Sendle, re issued the key, copied and paste again but nothing works.

    Error :: The authorisation details are not valid. Either the Sendle ID or API key are incorrect.

    But they are – I’ve triple checked.

    What is the issue?

  • If it’s any help the same thing happened to me, I realised I had the plugin in sandbox mode. Switching to live mode resolved the issue.
