Can't verify Bing and now Pinterest

Hi I was using explorer for the verification (Microsoft) but I am a Firefox user. I put the xml file on the server but when I go to verify Explore closed??? and doesn’t verify.
Since I am using WP I don’t really have a main page for posting the whole meta tag. So which code do I use to put info into Yoast directly? Or must I get this verified by Bing no matter what.
