Can’t view or download PDF

Hey,

I have created a customer area/portal which is great. I have created a test account which has work brilliantly. I have also uploaded a test pdf document which shows up in the customer area, however, when the customer clicks that document it shows a 404 page not found error. There is also no option for the customer to download the file.

Could someone point me in the right direction because nothing seems to be working and this plugin is ideal for what we want to do.
