Can’t view or login from certain wifi connections

So we found today that some of my client’s customers cannot view their website. And we cannot view or login using our wifi.

there is a similar thread from 10 months ago… https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/security-issue-cant-access-wp-admin-on-wifi/, but it is closed with no resolution.

we believe it has something to do with opensync, but that doesn’t tell me what the problem is that is creating the security issue for “Plume” homepass and other wifi level security entities. (by the way, we have updated SSL certificates)

my client’s website is down for some people, and we need to fix this problem ASAP.
