Can’t View Other Member Profiles

    Hi,

    Im having issues trying to view other UM user profiles, it redirects to the current logged in profile. I know there was a previous support request open for this same issue, but see it was closed with no indication of having been resolved.

    I have tried disabling all plugins and changing to a default theme but still get the same result, running latest ver of WP and UM.

    please advise.

    Hi @dphoenix

    Can you please go to Ultimate member > User Roles. Then select your user role.
    Check if the “Can view other member profiles?” is ticked.

    Hi, Thanks for the response, yes the user role did have access to view member profiles. It seems to be fixed now, I had the UM account and Profile form on the same page not sure if that was the issuse, but created a new page just with the Profile form and its now wokring.
