cant view pdf invoice

  • hi when i try viewing a pdf invoice i get the following error

    We can’t open this file
    Something went wrong. refresh (button)

    any ideas what could be causing the issue?

    i lowered my php version to 7.2 from 7.4 and that seemed to fix the issue. is there a setting in php7.4 that should be activated?
