Can’t view profiles or directory – redirects to homepage

  • Hello, I have been having this problem on my site for almost one year. I have updated WP and all plugins, including latest version of UM.

    When I try to view profiles, I get redirected to the homepage. When I try to use the member short-code, it says no members can be found.

    The “Can view other member profiles?” box is checked in the roles settings.

    When I first created this site over one year ago, it had worked at that time.

    Really frustrating. Greatly appreciate your help, thanks!
