Can't view site or access my admin panel

I’m a nooby and all I wanted to was change the link so that my site can be viewed at https://www.mysite.com instead of https://www.mysite.com/wp
I was following instructions from another post in the forums and changed something in the general settings. I changed the https://www.mysite.com/wp to https://www.mysite.com/wordpress and next thing you know error 404 comes up. I can’t access any of my site or my admin panel although I can access my cpanel, not sure if that will help.
