Can’t work on my website anymore using the backend

    Plugins: Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual, Akismet Anti-Spam, Breadcrumb, Custom Permalinks, Duplicate Post, Easy Plugin for Adsense, Google Map Easy, Image Widget, Post Type Switcher, Quick Featured Images, Redirection, Responsive Lightbox & Gallery, Simple Facebook Page Plugin, Social Icons Widget, TablePress, TW Recent Posts Widget, Widget Logic, WP Responsive Recent Post Slider, WP Super Cache, WP-reCAPTCHA, WPML Media, WMPL Multilingual CMS, Yoast SEO, YouTube, WPBakery Page Builder.

    Hi all,

    I am no longer able to add photos to the media library, delete plugins and generally work on my website from the backend.

    I’m using the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and can not make changes anymore. The screens remain loaded, without ever finishing charging.

    All plugins are up to date.

  • Do you have access to log files? Seems like some scripts are not loading

    Yes, I am using Query Monitor. I have 4 php errors (check here: https://www.dday-overlord.com/img/03.jpg) > I deactivated the 2 plugins one after the other, the problem is still there…

    Update about my support request.

    Here is the content of my erre log:

    This problem affects all of my back-end and the different plugins I use, it is not limited to access to the image management library. Some examples of what I can not do anymore:

    – save the widgets shifting (Widget Logic plugin ): I can shift them, but my changes are no more saved, automatically or manually;
    – upload images (images of all sizes download well, but the action ends with an “HTTP Error”);
    – access my image library (the loading icon of the library runs forever);
    – search for new plugins from the classic interface of the back-end: once again, the loading icon runs forever);
    – delete disabled plugins (error message: “Failed to delete: 0”);
    – make modifications with the WPBakery plugin (page editor): the text / images / etc block windows open well but do not display the contents anymore.

    Despite all these problems, no clue allows me today to find an equivalent problem on the net …

    I have the same problem (when I change theme – it’s disappearing). Trying to restore some files, but it doesn’t help.
