cant' work with html tag

Hi,
When I paste the following code to a page, it doesn’t work.
[dopimg align=center height=200px width=300px]<img src=”https://dopdemo.net/wp/dop-shortcodes/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/image01.jpg” alt=”” />
[/dopimg]The page shows as follows.
[dopimg align=center height=200px width=300px]
( A picture is shown on the page]
[/dopimg]But without including any html tags, it works well.
How to solve it ? thanks!
