Cants Add Adsense tag to places where I added it previously.

I am using this plugin from past few days & found it perfect. 100% responsive adds were getting delivered previously. From past two days I am unable to drop the placeholder / Tag to places (In between posts) where I used to add Google Ads.
Pls guide me whats the reasons behind this, or what parameter decide where I can add placeholder.
