Cant’t import tracking number csv file

    Hello,
    when I try to import a file to add tracking numbers it says “The file hasn’t a valid header row” My file is made like that :
    order_id;order_status;force_email_notification;dispatch_date;custom_text;tracking_info
    70496;;;;COLISSIMO:tracking_6A20201433711
    Is it wrong ?
    Could I find a template somewhere ?

    Your file is in wrong format.
    CSV is Comma-separated values but as I see in the file data you sent, the separator is a semicolon.
    Please use the export function of our plugin to export your orders to CSV, fill needed tracking number then use this file to import tracking numbers.
