Canvas height

Content mode ( https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1430-tutorial-video-content-mode ) works that way that it can adjust the height of the slider based on the tallest slide. So if you have at least one slide with lots of content, that will increase the whole slider height and all slides inside.

If the problem happens only on smaller screens (for me it happened around the time the slider switched to mobile view), you can try improving the result like this:

You also have slider #5 twice in your page, once at the top (above the page title) and the second is above the Booking.com logo. Once slider can only be once in a page: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/477-limitations
so you should remove the second instance.

Hi Ramona,
I tried different things now.
I’ve set the font size on mobile to 60% but it seems to show 100%.
I checked all images are the same size.
The background fill mode I’ve set to “fill” and now I can see a grey border above and below the images.

Have you changed the font size on all slides? Because if at least one slide is larger, it will increase the size of the whole slider.

Apart from the fill mode changed to “fit” instead of “fill” I don’t see any difference in your slider.

Do you have any caching plugin? Is it possible that the font size was changed after the fill mode, and the cache wasn’t cleared again?

If clearing the cache didn’t help and the font size was reduced at all slides, open a support ticket:

Ok, done.
I cleared the cache all time.
As I use a dynamic slider, I see only the first image where I can set the font size.
