Using the canvas theme for WordPress. I have usage rights but no support rights, therefore asking Question here.
While attempting to load a header image I somehow lost my homepage to my site. I never did save the image to the header I merely placed an image that was not the proper size (realized after the attempt) into the input image url box, then in new tab tried to open my site and nothing displays – no error message simply nothing happens the page is blank.
Have I corrupted my index.php file?

  • It’s difficult to find out the problem without checking script.

Hard to know, but you may just need to reinstall the theme. These forums don’t support commercial themes, so we probably can’t help much beyond general troubleshooting.

You can try deactivating that theme using FTP – change the name on the theme folder. WordPress should then load the default theme – in which case you’ll know something got messed up in the theme.

I reloaded wordpress, changed themes to default theme also does not display any website, reinstalled canvas theme still no display…have contacted host company for help.
Will I need to delete this install of wordpress totally and start from scratch?

    hosting company says:
There is issue with plugin “redirection”. I have disabled this plugin and now your site is loading fine.
    Thanks for your quick responses
