Canyon Premium Theme Troubles

Hello. We recently updated our Theme to the free version of Cannyon. Because our original theme was so old, we made quite a few changes to the homepage. We added a new header image and focused on site navigation changes in the menu, header, and footer. Today we decided to purchase the premium version of the Cannyon theme and it seems to have altered our homepage drastically. All of the webpages we have categorized and indexed for our website are appearing in list format on our homepage. There is no longer a header image or navigation menu. Everything seems to be embedded into a header. We are currently switching back and forth between the premium theme and the free theme (which show no problems), until we can figure out the problem. I am unable to send a screenshot through this first message. Please let us know what the problem could be and how we can get the upgraded theme to look like the free theme.
