I am using Toolset Layouts and have defined a new Single Product Layout (not using the standard Woocommerce pages). I have installed latest version of the Stock Alert Plugin, but when product fulfills the criteria it does not popup the part to subscribe. Do I need to add a specific content/shortcode where this is displayed? I tried to vreate a shortcode for the form but it flashes for a second and then disappears from the screen. Would appreciate guidance to get this to work.

  • Hi, thanks for getting in touch with us.

Our plugin depends on WooCommerce, hence as you are using custom post type, that is why the subscribe part is not working.

So, you may refer to our code, to check how the plugin is working using WooCommerce. Follow the method to make our plugin compatible with Toolset.

Let us know if you have any further query.

    Hi, thanks for the answer.

Toolset is based on the standard Woocommerce (3.0). Toolset allows to create a custom layout for the Single Product page. When I include content that calls for the shortcode used by WC Product Stock Alert , it shows a green area, but does not show the form to subscribe to get the alerts. Any suggestion how WC Stock Alert can be enabled on a custom product page? Otherwise I will need to put in extra effort to check the possibility to integrate it nicely.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.
