CookieYes has added Google Consent mode via the UI, What interferences will that have with CAOS, what setting should we use in CAOS?

Currently I have in CAOS Allow Tracking: When Consent Mode’s?analytics_storage?property is updated to “granted” by another plugin and
    Cookie Name: empty

    Are my settings correct?

Is there any way to test the google consent mode or should I rely on the network inspection tool and the parameter gcs=G100 for declined and gcs=G111 for allowed.

    Hi!

Yes, those settings are correct (come to think of it, the Cookie Name field should disappear when that option is selected. I’ll add that to my TODO list)

Yes, that’s the proper way to test it.

    Hope that helps!

What about the new CookieYes screen where they have added in the most recent version yesterday? Do we ignore that and rely on CAOS to manage the consent mode or do we enable there the consent mode?

Both should work just fine, but in your case I wouldn’t bother, and just leave the settings like this.
