CAOS on servers with allow_url_fopen = Off

    Hi Daan,

    I noticed that all analytics accounts don’t report any hits since 3-5 October 2019. I tracked down the issue to /host-analyticsjs-local/includes/class-caos-update.php which uses file_put_contents and results in an empty analytics.js because allow_url_fopen = Off on the server side.

    Is there any option here? Many environments have allow_url_fopen = Off for security reasons.
