CAOS Stopped Working

I’ve been using CAOS for a couple of weeks without problem, but suddenly Google Analytics stopped collecting data. I cannot work out why that might be. I’ve checked the local file and it has content. Like some others on this forum I also made sure that local-ga.js is excluded in Autoptomize and cleared the cache there and in CloudFlare. None of this has brought it back to life.

What am I missing?
