    Hello!

Does anybody know what capabilities are required for accessing the “Customers” tab under “WooCommerce”?

I’m trying to extend this permission to the “Shop Manager” role but for whatever reason I keep seeing the “You’re Not Allowed to View This Page” message.

    Thanks!

EDIT: The endpoint I specifically want them to access is ?page=wc-admin&path=/customers

    Hi @zackeryfretty,

The “Shop Manager” role has access to WooCommerce > Customers as this was tested on one of my staging sites. This is the endpoint that I’m able to access by logging in with the “Shop Manager” role:

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fcustomers

If it still doesn’t work, we suggest isolating the issue by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront.

If you don’t see the same problem, that means your theme or another plugin is conflicting with WooCommerce.

Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

    Cheers.
