Capability Issue with Siteground Optimizer

I had the same issue with trustindex incompatibility with SiteGround Optimizer, and sadly enough couldn’t get any help from trustindex until two days later telling me “it’s working”. Thanks to SiteGround support team they immediately figured out the issue, disabled the Optimizer while they added the JavaScript combination and minification filters for cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js

If you cannot find cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js listed under the Exclude option for JavaScript combination and minification, review the following document recommended by SiteGround support team https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-use-sg-optimizers-filters-procedure/

Thank you very much @ascendinmotion – “cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js” was not an option in the dropdown but I was able to remediate the issue by disabling “combine javascript files” altogether.

Was trustindex available in your “exclude” drop down or did you have to do the manual way to exclude it?
