capability necessary to see Shortcodes UI admin menu?

Love this plugin.
Can I ask what user capability is necessary to see the Shortcodes UI admin menu? Or is there a custom capability I need to add?
I’m trying to set up Editor role to be able to manage shortcodes, and when logging in as Editor role I don’t see the menu.
