Capability to edit all users except editors and administrators

Hello,
I created a new role, everything is working ok, I was able to restrict and allow everything the way I wanted except one thing:
this role – the user that will have this role- needs to be able to edit all users except administrators and editors.

So under Capabilities I have to check “Edit users” otherwise this new role will not be able to edit any user and their profiles.

But I saw that this way this role can edit administrators and editors too, change their roles … I do not want that.

Is there a way to restrict that – to allow this role to edit all users except editors and administrators?
