• I imagine that if you buy additional add-ons things might become easier. For the time being, I have opted to not purchase any add-ons as my use of this is mostly to create an internal ticketing/tracking project management system for things I need to do. Might consider making it the hub of support needs if there was direct social media integration to allow questions to flow to/from social media pages and be able to maintain everything on one central platform.

    Still, I have to say it is quite a wonderful piece of software and I’m personally very happy it was available.
