CAPCHA not working

I have used this form several times, always works fine – for some reason, on the following site: https://www.vunetrix.ca/ it is not working – the CAPTCHA code is never registered as correct, it always says “That CAPTCHA was incorrect, try again.”
Not sure what is causing this, any ideas?
