Cape Cod MASS WP help?

Hello, is there help available. My work is so ugly. I don’t write code. I spend so much time reading WP instructions for doing things and can’t seem to make progress. Do I have to print everything out? I can’t keep it straight. Like wrapping text around images. It appears that I must construct HTML lines and insert them in the page/post HTML editor. If I have bluehost do I have automatic back-ups so I dont need to worry about destroying everything if I try to experiment with lines of code?
