    I am getting a message on my Facebook events manager saying that my event match quality for the Add to Cart event is 5.4/10 and can be improved.

    How can I improve them via the plug-in?

    Hi @ahmedtawfik93,

    The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin does not include any settings to modify events that are passed to FaceBook. Facebook actually uses AI and over time with the more data Facebook receives the Facebook Conversions API match quality score can improve.

    Also expect to see a lower Event Match Quality score on events such as Page Views, Add to cart since anonymous visitors can trigger these events and there’s not enough data to match them with. The highest match quality scores will however come from logged-in customers.
