capitalized letters in the image name

Thanks for the follow up. I considered it, but decided against it for two reasons.

– First the plugin will be fundamentally changing the generated text without an option to turn it off.
– It’s a feature in the Pro add-on, the option to turn it off is part of its code.

If you wish to manually add it, you can add $image_name = ucwords( $image_name ); after this line https://github.com/arunbasillal/Auto-Image-Attributes-From-Filename-With-Bulk-Updater/blob/a1f275f2c52b57472cd6f1c3e1f588c062eb86f4/admin/iaff_image-attributes-from-filename-do.php#L543

Hello, and happy new year to you! I understand your reasons, however I don’t understand what will happen if I add that line of code§: will it lowercase all names that are capitalized? I wish to have all my images lowercased.

That was never a feature of the free version.

You can use strtolower function instead of ucwords to do it though – https://php.net/manual/en/function.strtolower.php

…strange, because when I first used the plugin it generated Logo_One.jpg, after an update it generated logo_one.jpg.

Let me clear the confusion:

To make the attributes lower cased, please use strtolower. This was never a feature.
To make the first letter upper cased, please use ucwords. This was part of a previous version.

No, it will not affect old images. Not in the free version at least.
