Capping deposit at fixed amount

  • We using the plugin for winery tours and are wanting to cap the deposit at a fixed amount no matter how many people they book for, can this be done on the free or premium plugin?

    ie. 11 people x $155 = $1705 currently plugin gives me 11 x $50 = $550 as the deposit i need it capped at $200
