    I have been through everything on the theme editor and cannot find any vacant 1st lines. I have also been through the plugin editor for mail poet.
    Can’t see anything there either.
    Reinstalled the Google catcha code and still the captcha does not display just an error message for the site owner.
    Am I missing something here?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi!

    Could you please clarify a little bit what you mean by “vacant 1st lines”? I didn’t understand very well what you’re looking for.

    Reinstalled the Google catcha code and still the captcha does not display just an error message for the site owner.

    Do you mean that you have added a form to your site and the captcha is not popping up after submitting an email address? If that’s the case, can you please share a link to where your form is?

    Hi, Regarding the “vacant first line.
    I viewed the page source of the pop up and have a vacant 1st line. <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html class=”no-js” lang=”en-AU” prefix=”og: https://ogp.me/ns#”&gt;

    <head itemscope itemtype=”https://schema.org/WebSite”&gt;
    <meta charset=”UTF-8″>
    <!– Always force latest IE rendering engine (even in intranet) & Chrome Frame-
    2.
    When the pop up displays it shows this error code “ERROR for site owner:
    Invalid domain for site ke ”

    thanks.

    Hi there @forduteguy,

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    1) Regarding “vacant 1st lines”, I don’t see it on this page: https://the-bare-foot-affiliate.com/eprolo-branded-dropshipping/. Where are you checking it?

    2) I do see the same error on your subscription form.

    Are you using the Google captcha via MailPoet settings as described here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/182-add-a-captcha-to-the-mailpoet-subscription-forms?

    If yes, I suspect there might be an issue with your reCaptcha keys. Can you please ensure that you’re using reCAPTCHA V2?

    Cheers!

    Hi there @forduteguy,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Ok, I have disabled the Captcha and will try another email server.
    The captcha codes from Google were correct, and I couldn’t find the page with the vacant first line in any of the theme editors, of the theme or plugins.
    To time consuming.
    Regards,
