Captcha at login ignored

Hi

I updated to version 3.0.9 today and now whenever anyone logs in to my customer pages they do not have to tick the Captcha box, they just log right in with username and password, it ignores the captcha all together. I have my keys set up correctly and they worked before the upgrade.
