Captcha Causing Login Problem

Please someone should come to my aid.

I have finished setting up Pie Register and everything at the moment works well except to login. User can register, received activation email, activate account. But when user tries to login, the login form returns the following error “ERROR: Please enter a CAPTCHA value.”

Note that the correct captcha is always entered. This error shows even with the Math-Captcha or Re-Captcha, and also shows even when captcha is disabled for the Login.

Note also that I implemented Captcha on ‘Forgot Password’, ‘New User Registration’ and they are all working. The only area I am having issue is on the Login Page.
