    Hi, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Nineteen. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    I did a test with 2020, 2019, 2017 and aslo hueman theme.
    There is not such an issue with them.

    That proofs that the issue is with your theme. Your best option is to contact your theme developers about this issue.

    Please also consider implementing google recaptcha v3. It’s much better.
