Captcha does not appear

    Hello,

    I have installed the plugin ‘Contact Form 7 Image Captcha’ on my WordPress site and have also added the tag in my contact form 7 page as below:

    <label> Your Name (required)
    [text* your-name] </label>

    <label> Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email] </label>

    <label> Subject
    [text your-subject] </label>

    <label> Your Message
    [textarea your-message] </label>

    <label> Captcha
    [cf7ic] </label>

    [submit “Send”]

    I saved this but Still I cannot find captcha on my website.

    Is there anything else we need to do to add this captcha on my site in the contact form.

  • Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience,
    Your form above looks fine, their must be a conflict somewhere.

    Did you have re-CAPTCHA previously installed?
    For some reason the way Contact Form 7 adds Google re-CAPTCHA it conflicts with the Image CAPTCHA, if that is the case, go into Contact->Integrations and clear out your re-captcha settings.

    If the above is not the issue, could you please send me the link to your site so I can take a look?
    Also could you go into Tools->Site Health and click the Info tab then click Copy site info to clipboard and paste that here so I can get a better understanding on your system setup.
