Recently, I’ve noticed that the CAPTCHA verification box is occasionally missing from my login page. When I try to login, it properly fails due to invalid CAPTCHA. Then, when I get sent back to the login page, the CAPTCHA box is visible. The javascript console doesn’t say much, but when I initially visit the login page and the CAPTCHA box is missing, I see:

ReCAPTCHA couldn't find user-provided function: sgr

I suspect my issue is similar or the same as this reviewer: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/doesnt-work-properly-30/

I can sometimes reproduce the issue by opening an incognito window and visiting the login page, but not often. In fact, the best way I’ve found to reliably reproduce the issue is to wait a day before visiting the login page again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mdmower,

I was unable to simulate the error on my projects, but I tried something and created new version 2.7. Could you test it If problem is still persist in this new version too, please?

Sure, I’ve updated the plugin and will reply back after a few days of testing. Thanks for the attention.

I have not encountered any more missing captcha fields since version 2.7. If the issue resurfaces, I’ll reply here, but hopefully this can be marked as resolved.
