Hi, first, I love your plugin! Thanks! Second, I’ve now had two sites that are on WP 4.7.5 that do not display your CAPTCHA below the site login page. I see the error try to show when I don’t check the Version 2 captcha, but it is not shown. All I can do is rename the plugin, refresh the login page, and then it works. I’ve removed the plugin and re-installed a fresh version via FTP. I’ve also done the same through WP Plugin installer. Same behavior. Ideas?

    Hi,

Thank you for your kind words!

Your theme or one of your plugins might cause the problem.
Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Try to activate a standard WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Fourteen, Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Sixteen) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Try to deactivate all of your plugins except Google Captcha by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
    3) Provide your System status. Follow the next instruction – https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Wi2X8RdRGXk9kMszQy1xItJrpN0ncXgioH935MaBKtc

Let us know about the results.

Hi, can you please send me a private message on this? I got one site to work by updating the site’s jquery, but the other site that is not showing your plugin on login is still baffling me. I’ve turned off all plugins, tried the jquery updater, no change. It as if the site is hiding the script per inspector. I’d like to share the URL privately if possible. Thanks!
