Captcha draws only parts of red box on iPhone

When using the free version of this plugin, answering the captcha on an iPhone (current OS level) in German does not draw all four lines of the red box around user’s selection. Also, sometimes I have to press the screen twice to get a reaction.
This error happens with all plugins disabled except CF7 and this one. It also happens with my installed theme GeneratePress, and also with theme Twenty Twenty, but it does work correctly with Twenty Twenty-One (but I can’t change to this theme).

it is about Safari bug. Just extend the following style.
.captcha-image label > input:checked + svg, .captcha-image label > input:focus + svg { position: relative; }
