CAPTCHA Error at Spam prevention section

    Hi Team,
    captcha option in the spam prevention section (comments) at the end of the post is not working anymore. It returns an error. Some users reported to me that is impossible to send a comment.
    I had to disable it.
    Please let me know what is problem and how to fix it.

    What exactly is the wording of the error you are seeing?

    During my tests I have not seen any problems caused by this feature on my sites. Therefore it is likely that something unique to your site is causing this.

    Hello,
    I have just re-activated the feature and it seems to work fine (I tried it when I was logged out).
    Anyway I will ask an user to try it and let you know if proble is solved.

    I have the same problem. On my website, comments can not be posted. It is always the same error. Error. You entered an incorrect CAPTCHA answer. Please go back and try again.
    But, the answer is not incorrect. How can I fix that?

    Hello,
    the problem remains. Users can’t send a message due to a CAPTCHA error but the answers are correct.
    The message is:
    Error. You entered an incorrect CAPTCHA answer. Please go back and try again.

    Please let me know how to solve the problem.
